Each Tailored Tails Design piece is custom-made with care, which means we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a fault with your order. We kindly ask that you double-check all details, like sizing, colours, and custom options, before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Include clear photos and a description so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.
Change of Mind:
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, sizing mistakes, or postal delays.
