Shipping Policy

Every Tailored Tails Designs order is made just for you, crafted with care, not pulled from a shelf. Because of this, our standard turnaround time is up to 10 working days before dispatch. We work hard to get your order out as soon as possible.

How We Ship:

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, so you’ll get a tracking number once your order is on its way. That means you can follow your package from our hands to yours.

Delivery Timing:

Once your parcel leaves our studio, it’s in Royal Mail’s capable hands. While delays are rare, they can happen, and we’re not able to control or guarantee delivery dates once it’s shipped.

Cancellations:

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept cancellations. Once your order is placed, it’s locked in and begins its journey through our creative process.
